2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DooService ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. API SERVICE S.A.C. reserves the right to update these terms at any time, notifying users via email or through a notice on the platform at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. User Registration and Account

To use the Service, users must:

  • Register by providing truthful and complete information (name, email, password).
  • Be at least 18 years old or have authorization from a legal representative.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials (email and password).

Any misuse of the account is the sole responsibility of the account holder. If unauthorized access is detected, the user must immediately notify soporte@apiservicesac.com.

4. Products and Services

DooService is a cloud hosting platform that provides managed Odoo ERP instances. Services offered include:

  • Creation and management of Odoo instances (versions 14.0 to 19.0)
  • Automated backups and restore functionality
  • Custom addon deployment from GitHub repositories
  • CI/CD auto-deploy via webhooks
  • Resource monitoring (CPU, memory, disk)
  • Custom domain configuration with SSL
  • Additional storage add-ons

Service availability is subject to change without prior notice based on infrastructure capacity.

Free Trial

DooService offers a 7-day free trial with Starter plan features. At the end of the trial, the user is reverted to the Free plan unless they subscribe to a paid plan. No automatic charges are made at trial end; the user must actively choose and subscribe to a paid plan.

5. Pricing and Payment Methods

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes based on the user's jurisdiction.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Visa credit and debit cards
  • Mastercard credit and debit cards

Payment processing is handled by Culqi S.A., a regulated and authorized payment platform in Peru. DooService does not store, process, or have access to credit card or debit card data. All payment information is securely managed by Culqi under PCI DSS standards.

Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' prior notice. Changes will not affect the current billing period.

6. Purchase Process

To subscribe to a plan, users must follow these steps:

  1. Register or log in at dashboard.dooservice.sh.
  2. Navigate to the "Billing" section from the menu.
  3. Select the desired plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise) and billing period (monthly or annual).
  4. Click "Upgrade" to start the payment process.
  5. Enter card details in Culqi's secure payment form.
  6. Confirm payment. The subscription activates immediately.

The user will receive confirmation by email. API SERVICE S.A.C. may cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, invalid payment data, or violation of these Terms.

7. Service Delivery

As a digital service, delivery is immediate upon payment confirmation. Odoo instances are activated within an estimated 1 to 5 minutes after completing the subscription. Shipping and physical delivery concepts do not apply.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual). Users can cancel automatic renewal at any time from the "Billing" section of the dashboard.

8. Personal Data Protection

API SERVICE S.A.C. complies with Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law of Peru and its regulations.

Data collected:

  • Account information: name, email address, authentication credentials
  • Usage data: instance configurations, deployment history, resource usage metrics
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, access logs
  • OAuth data: when connecting GitHub, we receive your username, avatar, and repository access as authorized

Purpose of data usage:

  • Provision, maintenance, and improvement of the Service
  • Billing processing and subscription management
  • Service-related notifications
  • Customer support and technical assistance
  • Abuse prevention and legal compliance

User rights: Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (ARCO) by contacting soporte@apiservicesac.com.

9. Intellectual Property

All website and platform content (logos, images, text, dashboard source code, and CLI tools) is protected by copyright and is the property of API SERVICE S.A.C. or its licensors.

Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of content without express authorization is prohibited.

DooService does not claim ownership of user data, custom addons, or configurations. Users retain all rights to their content hosted on the Service.

"Odoo" is a registered trademark of Odoo SA. DooService is an independent hosting provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Odoo SA.

10. Liability and Limitations

API SERVICE S.A.C. is not responsible for platform technical failures caused by external factors (internet outages, infrastructure provider failures, cyberattacks, force majeure).

Users are responsible for the proper use of acquired services and content hosted on their Odoo instances.

Total liability of API SERVICE S.A.C. for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the total amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or phishing content
  • Perform cryptocurrency mining or resource-intensive non-Odoo operations
  • Host, distribute, or store illegal content
  • Exceed allocated resources or circumvent plan limits
  • Interfere with the Service infrastructure or other users' instances

Violation of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.

In case of disputes, the parties will attempt resolution through conciliation. If no agreement is reached, the user may file with INDECOPI or the corresponding judicial courts in Lima, Peru.
